DB117 - Glittering Tutu

Not exactly what I had in mind, but don't you think it looks like a tutu? I've used
as many 'non-tarnish' material in making this....hopefully it'll glitters longer.

Natural fresh water pearl rice shape ( 6-7mm)
White Swarovski bicones ( 6 mm)
White Cat's Eye Heart Shape ( 8 mm)
Czech Cube Beads ( 8 mm)
Clear Acrylic Bell Flower ( 12 mm)
Non-tarnish jump rings ( 4 mm)
Silver Non-Tarnish Artistic Wire
